Der Sommer steht vor der Tür und somit gelangen wir in das Feuerelement und in die Herzenergie. Die energetische Leitbahn des Herzens wird vom Dünndarm unterstützt und kooperiert zudem noch mit dem 3-fachen Erwärmer und dem Herzkreislauf.
Daraus ergeben sich schon die Zugehörigkeiten. Ein freier Energiefluss, ein geöffnetes Herzzentrum lässt Freude und Kreativität in unser Sein und wir sind entsprechend auch in der Lage dies nach Aussen zu geben.
Das Herz öffnet sich laut TCM in der Zunge und alle Schwierigkeiten, die mit dem eigenen Ausdruck, der Sprache und unserem Stand in der Welt zu tun haben, können wir hier korrigieren. Wie das Sprichwort:" Es liegt einem das Herz auf der Zunge" besagt. Kreatives Tun, Lachen, Humor, ein liebevolles Miteinander, die Farbe grün, ein bitterer Geschmack im Essen als Würze unterstützen uns.

Summer is just around the corner and with it we enter the fire element and heart energy. The energetic pathway of the heart is supported by the small intestine and also cooperates with the triple heater and the cardiovascular system.
This is where the affiliations come from. A free flow of energy, an open heart center allows joy and creativity into our being and we are accordingly able to convey this to the outside.
According to TCM, the heart opens in the tongue and we can correct all difficulties that have to do with our own expression, language and our position in the world here.
